Exchange, Return & Alteration Policy - Coord

 

What is Coord’s return & exchange policy?

All orders are made with care and precision. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing flaw or a mistake in measurement from our side.

If an error is identified on our end, we will offer alterations once the item is returned to us.



Can I return an item if I received it damaged or flawed?

If your order arrives with a visible defect or damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and provide the necessary support to either alter, repair, or replace the item.Refunds are not offered in such cases.



Is a refund or exchange available for incorrect measurements provided by the customer?

Unfortunately, refunds and exchanges are not accepted in cases where incorrect measurements were provided by the customer. We strongly recommend double-checking your measurements before placing any custom orders.



How do I  report an issue?

To report a problem:

1. Email/ WhatsApp us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item for adjustments.



Note:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for alterations.

Alterations may take 7–14 working days depending on the complexity
